Body Balance:
Combines Tai chi, Yoga, Pilates and Muscle Extension in relaxing music to make you have a different experience.





Body Combat:
Also Called Combat aerobics. Combines martial art movements from the Eastern and Western world. It has literally become the most popular class in the world.





Body Pump:
Uses bar bells as training tools. According to instructor''s suggestion, please use a bar bell with proper weight for yourself.



Body Jam:
It includes 9 different styles of music with various arrangements in movement. For example, Jazz, Latin, Hip-hop, etc. It''ll make your body full of happiness.





Body Step:
Uses a step tool to increase exercise intensity and impact. Creates a fun and energetic class with dancing movement.




RPM:
Also called Cycling. It is our No. 1 Calories Killer as it burns the most calories and fat out of all the aerobic exercises.
